El presente aviso legal regula el acceso y uso del sitio web Croptia (en adelante, "la Plataforma"), una herramienta web para la planificacion y diseño de parcelas rurales que integra datos del Catastro de España, mapas interactivos y herramientas de gestion agricola.
El acceso y uso de la Plataforma implica la aceptacion plena y sin reservas de todas las condiciones incluidas en este aviso legal. Si no esta de acuerdo, le rogamos que no utilice la Plataforma.
Para acceder a determinadas funcionalidades, el usuario debera crear una cuenta proporcionando datos veridicos y mantenerlos actualizados. El usuario es responsable de la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso y de todas las actividades que se realicen bajo su cuenta.
El usuario se compromete a utilizar la Plataforma de conformidad con la ley, el presente aviso legal y las buenas costumbres. Queda prohibido:
La Plataforma ofrece un plan gratuito con funcionalidades limitadas y planes de pago con funcionalidades ampliadas. Los precios y condiciones de los planes de pago se detallan en la seccion de precios de la web y pueden ser modificados con preaviso razonable. Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente salvo cancelacion previa.
Todos los contenidos de la Plataforma (textos, graficos, imagenes, software, codigo fuente, diseño y estructura de navegacion) son propiedad del titular o de terceros que han autorizado su uso, y estan protegidos por la legislacion española e internacional de propiedad intelectual e industrial.
Los datos y diseños que el usuario introduce en la Plataforma son propiedad del usuario. El titular no reclama derechos sobre el contenido generado por los usuarios.
La Plataforma utiliza datos publicos del servicio INSPIRE del Catastro de España, proporcionados por la Direccion General del Catastro. Estos datos son meramente informativos y no tienen caracter oficial ni vinculante. El titular no se responsabiliza de posibles discrepancias entre los datos mostrados y la realidad catastral o registral.
La Plataforma se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantias de ningun tipo, explicitas o implicitas. El titular no sera responsable de:
El usuario reconoce que los calculos y datos proporcionados por la Plataforma son orientativos y no sustituyen el asesoramiento profesional.
La Plataforma puede contener enlaces a servicios de terceros (Instituto Geografico Nacional, OpenStreetMap, Catastro). El titular no se hace responsable del contenido ni de las politicas de privacidad de dichos servicios.
El titular se reserva el derecho de modificar el presente aviso legal en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entraran en vigor desde su publicacion en la Plataforma. El uso continuado del servicio tras la publicacion de cambios implica la aceptacion de los mismos.
El presente aviso legal se rige por la legislacion española. Para la resolucion de cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Alicante, salvo que la normativa aplicable establezca otro fuero.

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Croptia website (hereinafter, "the Platform"), a web-based tool for planning and designing rural plots that integrates data from the Spanish Cadastre, interactive maps and agricultural management tools.
Access to and use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all conditions included in these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
To access certain features, the user must create an account by providing truthful information and keep it up to date. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.
The user agrees to use the Platform in accordance with the law, these terms and good practice. The following is prohibited:
The Platform offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with extended features. Prices and conditions of paid plans are detailed in the pricing section of the website and may be modified with reasonable notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
All content on the Platform (texts, graphics, images, software, source code, design and navigation structure) is owned by the owner or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Data and designs entered by the user into the Platform are owned by the user. The owner does not claim any rights over user-generated content.
The Platform uses public data from the INSPIRE service of the Spanish Cadastre, provided by the Directorate General of the Cadastre. This data is for informational purposes only and is neither official nor binding. The owner is not responsible for any discrepancies between the displayed data and the actual cadastral or registry records.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The owner shall not be liable for:
The user acknowledges that calculations and data provided by the Platform are indicative and do not replace professional advice.
The Platform may contain links to third-party services (National Geographic Institute, OpenStreetMap, Cadastre). The owner is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such services.
The owner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the service after publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante, unless applicable regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
